IPAC Hubs help improve IPAC practices in community-based, congregate living settings across Ontario. These include:

• Long-term care homes

• Retirement homes

• Group homes funded by the Ministry of Health (MOH)

• Residential settings for adults and children funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS)

• Shelters and supportive housing

Through a network across the province, these settings can get access to expert advice, hands-on help, and quick support for preventing and managing infections.
