IPAC Assessments are completed by experienced IPAC Hub members in collaboration with the home.

The assessment consists of two components – checklist and a walk-through of the home to identify any gaps in infection prevention and control practices.

Recommendations are discussed based on facility’s structure and needs to ensure best practices are met.
